How can I re-arrange my delivery?

If neither of these options are convenient, you can contact the sender to arrange for the shipment to be left safe or delivered to a neighbour or a work address. Unfortunately, APC Overnight procedures prohibit us from making these arrangements direct with the recipient.
You can choose to collect from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 10am & 4pm. Please bring the original We Called card and a Proof of ID with you to the depot. We’re sorry, but you cannot collect from the depot on the same day as the original delivery attempt for operational reasons.
We can deliver between 8:00am & 5:30pm Monday to Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays)
Your re-delivery request must be submitted before 2:00pm on the working day prior to delivery. APC Overnight offers a range of timed delivery services and an Expect pre-alert service via email and text with the aim of achieving first time delivery for all customers. Consignments shipped on the basic next day service will be delivered between 8:00am & 5:30pm. If this is not convenient please contact the shipper of your consignment and request an upgraded service. We regret that unless authorised by the sender we are unable to re-direct shipments or leave them without a signature to help prevent fraud.
